Is this a Quarterly Program?
Yes. When you join, you are active for 3 months starting the first month after joining. In reality, that makes this only a $53 per month program! This is explained on our 24-Hour Hotline! 719-745-3221
How will I know when to renew my membership?
You will receive an invoice in the mail approximately 30 days in advance of your due date. You will also be paid $10 for everyone in your downline through 5 levels deep when they renew. Recruiting every month helps to create your monthly residual income for the future.
Are there any other fees?
What are the products I will receive for my money?
You will receive your Welcome Kit with a Master Copy of your personal flyer. You will receive 150 Targeted Leads on peel and stick labels. You will be entered into 39 consecutive Powerball drawings. You will have the choice of picking your own numbers or our software can pick the numbers for you.
How do I know when people join my team?
When you personally recruit someone, you will receive a copy of their flyer along with your Fast Start Bonus check of $50. If someone joins under a person in your downline, you will get paid $10 for each of them when they renew their memberships each quarter. Genealogy Reports are available by using your Order Form.
When is the best time to join?
Anytime is a good time. However, the absolute best time to join is in the first half of the month! We consider your first joining month as a free month and your official paid membership begins your second month.
Will I get a new ID Number?
Yes, everyone will receive a unique personal ID Number.
When will the first payout be?
All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will immediately be entered into our state-of-the-art “Expandable Forced Matrix” tracking software and every Friday is payday! You will be mailed your $50 Fast Start Bonus for every new member that joins you on Fridays!
How do we get paid when we hit the JACKPOT?
The winning ticket number holder is paid 20% of the Jackpot Payout. The 5 direct upline members will divide 30%. If the Jackpot payout was $100 Million Dollars (almost always more), the winning ticket holder would be paid $20 Million Dollars! The 5 direct upline members would be paid $6 Million Dollars each! The remaining active members would divide 40% of the total winnings! 10% is divided to reward all Power Play and Double Play members. Smaller winnings are paid quarterly as explained in your “Terms Agreement”.
Will Turn-Key Mailings be made available?
Yes, all members will receive an Order Form in their Welcome Kits where this service can be purchased.
Are marketing materials available online?
What is Power Play and how does it work?
By paying an extra $1 for the Power Play option, you can significantly increase your winnings on most non-jackpot prizes. It is a “multiplier” of non-jackpot prizes.
Power Play is a pre-drawing multiplier: Before every drawing, a separate Power Play number is randomly selected. (2, 3, 4, 5 and sometimes 10)
Note: The 10x multiplier is available when the advertised jackpot is less than $150 Million.
Power Play does not affect the Jackpot Prize. However, it does significantly affect the $1 Million prize by increasing it to $2 Million!
The $50,000 prize (4 white balls plus the Powerball) is affected as follows:
The 2x Multiplier increases the $50,000 prize to $100,000.
The 3x Multiplier increases the $50,000 prize to $150,000.
The 4x Multiplier increases the $50,000 prize to $200,000.
The 5x Multiplier increases the $50,000 prize to $250,000.
When available, the 10x Multiplier increases the $50,000 prize to $500,000!
The $100 prize is multiplied the same way as is the $7 prize and the $4 prize!
We play 39 drawings each quarter, so the price to add Power Play is an extra $39.
What is Double Play and how does it work?
Powerball Double Play is an add-on feature that gives players the chance to win up to $10 Million in a second, separate drawing using the same numbers from their main Powerball Ticket.
After every regular drawing, there is a second Double Play drawing immediately following using your same numbers. By paying an extra $1 you can add the Double Play option to your ticket.
We play 39 drawings each quarter. The total price to add Double Play is an additional $39.
This is how the Double Play add on works?
Cost: The Double Play option costs an additional $1 per play, in addition to the standard $2 Powerball ticket price.
Same Numbers: You use the exact same set of numbers you selected for the main Powerball drawing for the Double Play drawing.
Second Drawing: A separate Double Play drawing is held immediately after every main Powerball drawing on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Two Chances to Win: Your ticket is eligible to win prizes in both the main Powerball drawing and the Double Play drawing, or both.
Separate Prizes: Double Play has its own prize structure, with a top cash prize of $10 million.
Power Play Does Not Apply: If you also add the Power Play multiplier feature to your ticket, that multiplier only applies to prizes won in the main Powerball drawing, not the Double Play drawing.

Is there an explanation of the Expandable Forced Matrix?
Some people actually love a Binary comp plan. We personally hate them for too many reasons to write about now. Thus, we decided on the Expandable Forced Matrix which will be explained here. What we like most about the Expandable Forced Matrix is that it really does “force” people to help other people. It also “forces” people to build evenly, which pays off big time in the long run. Also, you always get paid for everyone in your downline!
Let’s jump right in! The very first person in your downline is obviously on your Level 1, directly under you. The second person in your downline goes on your Level 2 directly under that first person. You now have what is called a “Full 1 X 1 Matrix”. This allows you to build 2 wide now starting a new “leg”. The third person in your downline will go back on your Level 1 starting that new leg. The next person in your downline will go under this Level 1 person in your new second leg. Now you have 2 people on your level 1 and 2 people on your level 2. You need to have 2 more people on your level 2 in order to expand.
At this point, you are in the process of filling a 2 X 2… which means you will have 2 people on your Level 1 and 2 people under each of those 2 people for a total downline of 6 people, 2 on Level 1 and 4 on Level 2. Now you have a full 2 X 2 Matrix. This will often happen automatically if everyone is doing their work. If you draw out a diagram on a piece of paper, it will become very easy to understand…
Now that you have your full 2 X 2… this opens you up to build a 3rd position (leg) on your first Level 1. The next person in your downline is placed on your Level 1 starting a new 3rd leg. Note that any of these positions can be filled by you or by the efforts of your up-line. More often than not, this 3rd leg will have already been filled by spillover.
This is one of the many reasons why people love the Expandable Forced Matrix. While many companies like to talk about spillover, here at Quarterly Connection, we expect for it to happen…and it happens more often than not! It happens a LOT!
Your Matrix continues on and on like this. Once you have a full 3 X 3, you can start building 4 wide with a new 4th leg. Once you have a full 4 X 4, you can build 5 wide…then 6 wide…etc… Don’t worry! Our computer does ALL this automatically!
It has been proven that building evenly is the most powerful way to build a matrix. It is relatively easy for people to build a full 3 X 3 matrix. It can take a little longer to build a full 4 X 4… and even a bit longer to build a 5 X 5 and so on. Yet anyone can do it if they stay in the game and be persistent and consistent. It’s a level playing field for everyone, and anyone can be successful with our Quarterly Connection programs! We have new success stories coming out week after week!

Is there a diagram of the Expandable Forced Matrix?
Notice that the computer first built a 2 X 2. There were 2 people on level 1 and 2 people under each of those level 1 positions…total of 6 people. After the 2 X 2 was full, it expanded the Matrix to 3 wide putting number 7 up on level 1.
The computer builds evenly from left to right filling in all the positions and building a 3 X 3 Matrix. Once the 3 X 3 Matrix is full, it will expand the Matrix to 4 wide by putting number 40 up on level 1.
The computer will start building a 4 X 4 Matrix by putting people evenly under each position building left to right. This process continues and each time a Matrix is full, it will then expand to the next size up…unlimited width, 5 levels deep.
